Terms of sale

The terms for buying and using guides and tools from OmniFIFO Network. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from

You buy from Ernesto, an individual trading as OmniFIFO Network, Belgium. Email: support@omnififonetwork.com. ABN: N/A.

2. What we sell

  • The Free FIFO Entry Blueprint: a free PDF.
  • The FIFO Entry Manual: a PDF action manual, US$37.
  • The FIFO Application Kit: a ZIP file of Word templates, spreadsheets and PDFs, US$14, sold alone or with the Manual (both together US$51).
  • Done-For-You ATS Resume: a written service, US$97. You send your current resume, a target job ad and a few answers on our intake form before you pay. Your resume is rebuilt in Word and PDF within 5 working days of payment (Monday to Friday, AEST), with one revision round.
  • FIFO VIP — 30 Days, In Writing: a written service, US$297, by application, with limited places each month. If we accept your application, we email you a personal payment link. Your written diagnostic arrives within 48 hours of payment. Your resume and one cover letter are rewritten within 5 working days of the diagnostic, with one revision round. You then get 30 days of written answers from payment, each within 1 working day (Mon–Fri, AEST). The Manual and the Kit are emailed to you on payment, and the first month of the Club is included when it opens.

Each product page describes exactly what is inside. They are digital products and written services: nothing is posted to you, and services never involve calls. Services start when you pay: you give us everything we need before paying (the intake form for the Resume, your application for VIP). Their work is prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by our team.

The Manual is a PDF that opens in any PDF reader. The Kit is a ZIP file of Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) files and PDFs; you need Microsoft Office or a compatible free app such as Google Docs, Google Sheets or LibreOffice.

3. What our products are, and are not

We teach a method: how Australian FIFO recruitment works, which tickets each state asks for, how to build a resume that screening software can read, and how to contact recruiters. We never promise a job, an interview, a salary or a timeline, and nothing we sell can create work rights you don’t hold.

Our products are general information. They are not personal career, legal, financial, tax or migration advice. Advice on your own visa can only come from a registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner. Rules change: each product lists the official sources it relies on and the date we checked them.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (US$). Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of OmniFIFO Network. Your bank converts the amount into your own currency at its rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee. The price shown at checkout is the total price; no tax or other charge is added.

5. Delivery

Straight after payment we email you your download links, usually within a few minutes. Keep that email: its links let you download your files again later. If a link stops working, email support@omnififonetwork.com and we send a new one. If your email hasn’t arrived within an hour, check your spam folder, then write to us.

6. Your licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own job search. You may edit the templates and send the documents you make with them to employers and recruiters. You may not share, resell, publish or upload the products themselves, in whole or in part. The content is © OmniFIFO Network.

7. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service. If you live in the EU, you also have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

On top of those rights, we offer a 14-day guarantee. The conditions are on our refund policy.

8. Your right of withdrawal

We are based in Belgium, so consumers who buy from us have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content delivered by download, that right ends once delivery starts, provided that before paying you expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose the right (Belgian Code of Economic Law, art. VI.53, 13°; EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). Our checkout asks for that consent, and your order email confirms it. If we didn’t collect it from you, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase by telling us clearly, for example by email to support@omnififonetwork.com or with the model form below, and we refund every payment within 14 days, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. For our written services, the 14 days run from your purchase, and at checkout you ask us to start straight away. If you then withdraw within 14 days, you pay a share of the price in proportion to the service we provided before you told us, measured against the whole service, and nothing else. The right ends once the service is fully delivered: for the Done-For-You ATS Resume, when we have sent your final version after the revision round, or your rebuilt resume if you tell us you don’t need a revision; for FIFO VIP, at the end of its 30 days, so you can withdraw at any point in the first 14 days. The Manual and Kit files included with VIP are digital content: your right of withdrawal for them ends when they are delivered, as explained above.

Model withdrawal form: To Ernesto, an individual trading as OmniFIFO Network, Belgium, support@omnififonetwork.com: I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the supply of the following digital content (*) / for the provision of the following service (*): […], ordered on […], name of consumer(s) […], address of consumer(s) […], date […]. (*) Delete as appropriate.

9. Third-party websites

Our products link to official sources and to companies’ own careers pages. We don’t control those websites and aren’t responsible for their content or for how those companies recruit. Being listed in our directory is not an endorsement, and no company has paid to be listed.

10. Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can’t be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for decisions an employer, recruiter, training organisation or government department makes about you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. This choice does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including the Australian Consumer Law if you are a consumer in Australia. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live when your law allows it.

12. Changes, contact and complaints

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. Questions: support@omnififonetwork.com. If we can’t resolve a complaint, consumers can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, mediationconsommateur.be.
